We want you to love Lingua. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time purchases of Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team through the app and we will help you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

Renewals outside the 30-day window

Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period are generally non-refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and have not used Pro features after renewal, contact us and we'll review your request in good faith.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle first so we can resolve any billing issue directly — it's faster than a chargeback and helps us improve the product.
